    THOSE WE MEET

Ever sit down and think about all the people who have come into your life? I have. Some are the immediate family and relatives you grew up with, some are the classmates you had in school, some are your best friends you may know all your life, some are the people you work with, and then there are the person you may see over and over in your daily routine but you don't know anything about them.  The person at the cafe you visit often or the person who sells you a movie ticket at the theater. You tell them what you want, they smile, give you you your food or movie ticket, and you are on your way. Then one day, that person is no longer there and you wonder what happened to them. Did they get another job, move away,or did they get sick and pass away? You may ask the new person that is helping you or you may just shrug your shoulders and forget the person who is no longer there. But do you really ever forget them? Years later, you may ask yourself what happened to that person. Have you ever done that? I have. Believe it or not,we all make impressions on each other that can affect or even change our life whether we realize it or not. There is a story about a man who got on a train one day on his way to work. As the train was leaving the station,he saw a young woman standing on the platform waiting for her train to arrive. He only saw her for a few seconds, but he said that is someone he would remember for the rest of his life. He never saw her again even though he rode the same train every day for years. He always wondered if she was happy,if she had someone special in her life,or if she was alone in this world. So you see, everybody you come in contact with in your life is affected. And you are constantly forming images and thoughts about others as well. The more positive you are in your life could help others feel more positive about their life. Think about it. It is food for thought!

    Have a great day!!
